When you buy a new or stock boat from South Pier Marine, at the time of purchase you will receive a comprehensive handover of the boat with one of our experienced and friendly yacht brokers. They will explain in detail the boat and its systems, and they will often do some basic handling practice with you during the handover to ensure that you’re comfortable with the boat’s operation.

If further training should be required after your handover- or if you’d like an experienced skipper to accompany you on some trips while you familiarise yourself- we’ll be very happy to arrange this for you.  The goal is to get you out and using your boat to the fullest!

You will enjoy peace of mind knowing that South Pier Marine will warrant your new purchase in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions of warranty, or, in the case of our stock vessels whereby a manufacturer’s warranty no longer applies, our yacht brokers will discuss the warranty options as part of your purchase negotiations.

As part of our Beyond Purchase program, you can be sure that any issues or snags will receive dedicated management by us until resolution. We’ll keep you regularly updated until you’re happy that the issue has been resolved and we’ll work with you at every step of the process.
